The Living Museum Zurich is an open studio and is currently in its pilot phase. It is an art space that is constantly changing and reinventing itself. People with and without psychiatric experience have the opportunity to develop creatively and artistically and to form a constantly growing community in a lively exchange. It is a place of warmth and self-care, a stress-free shelter. Solidarity, helpfulness, freedom from values and creativity characterise the atmosphere. Experiencing self-efficacy, expressing emotions and relieving tension leads, among other things, to psychological stabilisation, an increase in self-esteem, stamina, relaxation, resilience and recovery.
